With quality espresso machines and freshly ground whole beans, our trained baristas craft each cup from start to finish. We weigh, tamp, extract, steam, and pour with care — so your coffee is a delicious ritual as well as fuel for your next run.
ARTISAN BAKES
We bake everything in-house in our bakery. From the sourdough bread in our sandwiches to fresh pies made from scratch, pastry to filling. You’ll also find incredible French-style treats, including buttery croissants, rich brownies, and moist banana bread.
REST & REFUEL
Whether you’re grabbing a quick snack or settling in for a full lunch, our outdoor seating offers the perfect spot to relax and refuel. After a big day on the slopes, there’s nothing better than hearty, delicious food to warm you up and keep you going.

BEHIND THE CAFÉS
More than just a café, KONISU has become a winter ritual in Hakuba’s Cortina Valley. Since 2020, we’ve been fuelling powder chasers with specialty coffee, sourdough sandwiches, and fresh bakes. Now with two mountain locations and our own bakery, we’re proud to serve locals and visitors alike.

Trading hours are 9:30am – 3:30pm
Konisu Junior
Lift 2 at Cortina Resort
Trading hours are 8:30am – 4:30pm
*Opening date approximately December 20th
Closing date approximately March 3rd to March 15th depending on when the resort closes
